EZ Lab has developed the first online platform for traceability and certification of agricultural products that exploits the use of Blockchain technology and Smart Contracts as a security system for the management of automatic transactions along the food supply chain. Thanks to blockchain, it is possible to increase quality agricultural production, especially organic farming, reduce energy consumption and at the same time guarantee maximum food safety for the final consumer.
The event will close with a wine tasting accompanied by sommelier Simone Cantoni. A “special waiter” from Spin-Off Club of Sant’Anna School will support the wine tasting.
