Technological evolution and robotics produce effects on the whole of society, asking new questions that require profound reflection, in order to protect individuals and ensure civil coexistence. Supranational and national regulation, recognition of subjectivity to robots, civil liability (including objective or absolute), reflections on the use of autonomously driven cars and related insurance profiles are just some of the problems in which the irruption of AI and automation have generated wide-ranging debates.
