On 25 September 2015, the United Nations approved their Global Agenda for sustainable development and the relative 17 Sustainable Development Goals articulated in 169 targets expected to be achieved by 2030. This is a historical event from many points of view, manifesting the clear unsustainability of the current development model, not only at an environmental level, but also at an economic and social level. The actuation of the Agenda requests strong involvement of all parts of society, but schools are the front runners. The workshop offers participants the possibility to get to know the subject of sustainable development by means of the visual analysis methodology, to understand this important and unavoidable cultural, social and economic change. Participants will be provided with a solid base on which they can further learn about sustainable development in the vision of the school and integrate it into their own teaching practices.
